Choose your own space

To browse our array of warehouse living spaces is to witness the wide spectrum of talent and imagination among our tenants

From a huge communal space with a double-height ceiling, bespoke staircase, projector screen, pool table and art installations, to a smaller space featuring bedroom mezzanines, reclaimed furniture, wooden floors, plants and exposed brickwork. In one unit you might see an old piano that’s been refashioned into a bar, in another a fine dining table crafted to accommodate up to 20 people.

Hundreds of professional individuals and self-employed artists, musicians and entrepreneurs occupy our spaces and have benefited from the collaborative spirit of the community over the years.

Manor House Warehouses Facebook group showcases the variety of services, jobs, events and discussions taking place at any given time and demonstrates the community in action.

It is also the best place to start looking if you want to find a room that suits your needs, join the group!

As a community, the rooms available are advertised directly by each warehouse unit to find their next suitable member. If you are on the lookout for a room we recommend checking online websites such as Spareroom or Gumtree (make sure you add the keyword warehouse to your search).
